Directors

Russ began his career as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army, serving with the 3rd Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, Georgia. During his military service, he deployed numerous times in support of joint NATO training exercises throughout Eastern Europe, coordinating the integration of heavy armor assets across former Eastern Bloc countries. Following his military career, Russ transitioned into the private sector, where he has held various maintenance and operational leadership positions with organizations such as Target and Five Below. His experience spans a wide range of areas, including distribution center construction and start-ups, operational readiness, large-scale maintenance initiatives, and team development.

Russ brings a hands-on leadership approach, strong attention to detail, and a practical understanding of the challenges organizations face in dynamic operating environments. He is passionate about building strong teams, improving operational performance, and developing maintenance solutions that align with each customer's unique needs and business objectives. His ability to adapt to evolving environments and collaborate across teams helps drive reliable operations and long-term success.

Outside of work, Russ is a devoted husband and father of three. He and his family enjoy traveling and exploring the diverse landscapes and experiences the country has to offer. An avid snowboarder and outdoor enthusiast, Russ also enjoys kayaking, camping, and spending quality time outdoors with his family.
